Dr. Marotta is a health service psychologist. She is dually trained in clinical and school psychology and maintains a full time private practice. Lisa provides counseling services to children, teens, adults, and families.
In her work with children, âDr. Lisaâ frequently collaborates with schools and other supportive professionals to assist in academic adjustment. Her mission is to empower kids with skills to enhance their relationships, academic success, and resilience over a lifetime.
Dr. Marotta is a frequent parent education speaker within the metropolitan area and is a consultant to schools and churches. She is an advocate of literacy and celebrates Dr. Seussâs birthday every March by volunteering as a guest reader at several local schools.
An avid reader and writer, Dr. Marotta has recently completed a childrenâs book on grief and is currently working on a middle grade adventure story.
